Add signature to Yahoo email messages

From your Yahoo Mail inbox, click on Options (near top left) and choose "Mail Options".
In the next screen, click "Signature" on the left.
Select "Show a rich text signature" from the dropdown menu to use formatting, colors, or pictures; choose "Show a plain text signature" for a text-only signature: 99% of recipients will see rich format without issue, and formatting hardly adds any size to your messages.
The "Don't use a signature" option lets you hide your signature without having to delete it.
Type an email signature in the text editor: it should ideally present one piece of information per line, and include your name, title, phone number, email address, company website - think of it as an business card embedded to every message you send.
To insert a hyperlink, type the clickable text and select it; click on the "chain" icon in the editor toolbar's rightmost icon: enter the target URL in the dialog that opens; click "OK" to accept it.
To add an image to your signature, it needs to be online: go to that picture (or load the web page that contains it), right-click on the image, and choose "Copy". Back into the signature editor, right-click where you want it to appear, and choose "Paste".
Close the Options tab and click "OK" to confirm saving the changes you've made.
If you use an email program with your Yahoo account, also create a signature in that program - what we did only affects emails sent from the "web browser" version of Yahoo Mail.
