- Click on an email in the listing to load its content in the Reading Pane. Here are some tips:
- Drag the Reading Pane upper border up or down to resize it.
- Click the arrow on that border to close the Reading Pane; click again to re-open it.
- Select "Turn off reading pane" in the View menu to hide it; select "Turn on reading pane" from that same menu to restore it. When the Reading Pane is hidden, emails open in full view.
- With an email loaded, click on "show details" / "hide details" to expand or collapse the From sender's address and To / Cc email recipients, including everyone's current online status.
- Double-click on an email in the listing to open it in full view (hides the email listing).
- Click on the popup icon in the message to open it in its own window; press F11 to view the message full screen (and hit F11 again to go back to a normal window).
Tip: right-click on an email in and choose "Open in New Window" if that icon is hidden. To view messages in full screen, press the F11 key on your keyboard.
- Messages loaded in full view / new window support the following keyboard shortcuts:
• Hit "n" to load the next message.
• Hit "p" to go to the previous email.
• Hit "Del" to delete the current message.
• Hit the letter "o" to open the current email in a new window.
• Hit "x" to close the message and return to the folder listing.
